In the libmceliece distribution,
`command/mceliece-speed.c` measures libmceliece;
`benchmarks/*-*` is the output of `mceliece-speed` on various machines;
and `autogen/md-speed` extracts the table from those measurements.

The table reports only interquartile means of cycle counts.
